Our team oversees a diverse portfolio that includes retail strip centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, medical facilities, office buildings, and industrial properties across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
SANDY INSALACO, JR.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Sandy Insalaco Jr. has managed all aspects of construction, development and leasing since joining the family business in 1987. Sandy is a proud second-generation employee and learned the skills of the business from his father and uncles. Sandy takes great pride in providing commercial spaces for both nationally-recognized brands and small businesses. Sandy has served on countless local boards over the years and is an active supporter to the local community of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Santo is a proud third-generation employee at Insalaco Commercial Real Estate where he oversees all aspects of property management. He is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where he majored in Business Management. At university, Santo was an active member with TREO (Temple’s Real Estate Organization) where he learned about property management, construction, investment and sales from industry leaders.
JULIA INSALACO MARCHESE
MARKETING AND LEASING SERVICES
Julia is a third-generation member at Insalaco Commercial Real Estate. She oversees leasing and marketing for all commercial spaces. She is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where she double-majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management (EIM). Past work experience includes working as a Commercial Property Tax Consultant at Ryan LLC, a Fortune 100 Company, in Philadelphia, PA.
Julia is also a Licensed Associate Broker with Colliers International and serves as a Board Member for both the Pittston Chamber of Commerce and Northeastern Pennsylvania's American Heart Association.
